We here at Dutchman Heating & Cooling, Inc. bought pieces of his business -- his website, phone number, customer information and a vehicle. We service and have installed the same brands and can honor manufacturer warranties. Dutchman (originally Pent Air) started in Naperville in 1975 by Van Pentecost. Mike Bakker purchased the business in 2005 and renamed it Dutchman Heating & Cooling, Inc.. Mike started in the industry working for his father's HVAC company in the south suburbs in the early 1980's. Dutchman purchased another company in Warrenville and has continued to grow over the years. We have a very friendly office staff, highly trained service technicians and install technicians, a comfort consultant, and parts/facility manager as well as the owners Mike and Dawn. We are certainly large enough and skilled with a long history.
