Nicor - Energy Efficiency Loans for Homeowners

Financing is available to eligible Nicor Gas customers to cover the cost of energy efficiency equipment and improvements in their homes. Installments on the loan are conveniently applied to your monthly Nicor Gas bills. There is no application fee and Nicor Gas customers who own a single-family home, condo or multi-family building (with no more than two units) are eligible to apply.

ComEd - Making Efficiency Upgrades Affordable

Illinois Energy Efficiency Loans provide special financing for the purchase and installation of qualified energy-efficiency products and services. Eligible homeowners, owners of residential buildings of 4 units or less may apply. Your loan payment will be billed monthly on your ComEd bill. ComEd is one of five Illinois utilities offering Energy Efficiency Loans, along with Ameren Illinois, Nicor Gas, Peoples Gas, and North Shore Gas. Each utility may have additional energy-efficient products and services that qualify for these loans. Customers can view detailed loan information and review the products and services available from each utility.
