• Each air conditioner maintenance allows for one pound of refrigerant if needed*
• Reminder / auto schedule (we call gold star customers for scheduling so they can not forget)
• Highest level of comfort delivered as quick as possible through our attention to properly adjusting each piece of equipment
• Each furnace maintenance includes a traditional thermocouple if needed
• Price of program is locked in for term of package selected
